Returns- Returns are ONLY accepted within 3 days of receipt of item with photo of damages.
Lost Items- All items are sent with a tracking so if it lost by the postal system I will happily replace the item.
Damages- Item has to be photographed to show proof of damage. PLEASE read listings carefully as items will not be refunded if the item arrives as described.
Sold Out Items- Will be restocked but if you need something immediately contact me for a special order.
ALL items are handmade unless marked "upcycled". Upcycled items are items that have been repurposed and not originally created by myself.
Handmade items are all made with the same techniques but often times fabric, colors, and shape can differ in the process.
